Welcome to Sea You Smile Studios! We’re thrilled to have you with us. Please review our company terms carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.


1. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To secure your session, a retainer fee of $699 is required at the time of booking. This fee officially reserves my services for the day and includes a pre-shoot discovery call, professional hair and makeup, access to our client closet and styling, posing and direction, image editing, and your final gallery. Keep in mind, this fee is separate from your collection and any additional products.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card and bank transfer. Please ensure all payments are completed in full before or on the day of the session, unless you are utilizing a payment plan.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee. No-shows will forfeit the retainer fee and any other amounts paid. To reschedule, please give at least 72 hours' notice to avoid a rescheduling fee of $75. 2. Session Details

  • Included in Session: Your session includes a pre-shoot discovery call, professional hair and makeup, access to our client closet and styling, posing and direction, image editing, and your final gallery. Any additional services or products are available for purchase.
  • Duration: The session duration is approximately 4 hours, plus another 60-90 minutes for your reveal. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a timely start.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.


3. Image Retouching and Delivery

  • Retouching: All images included in your package will be professionally retouched. Additional retouching requests are available for a fee.
  • Delivery: Digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery. Physical products, if included, will be delivered within 6-10 weeks after the session.


4. Usage Rights

  • Personal Use: Images are for personal use only. You may not sell, license, or use the images for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
  • Social Media: Feel free to share your images on social media with proper credit to Sea You Smile Studios (@seayousmilestudios). We appreciate taggings and mentions!


5. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Your personal information and images will not be shared or used without your consent.
  • Storage: All digital images are stored securely. We retain images for one (1) year in case you wish to order additional prints or products.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Bring any shoes or accessories you wish to use.
  • Conduct: We expect a respectful and positive attitude during your session. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of the session without a refund.


7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Sea You Smile Studios is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss during the session. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sea You Smile Studios from any such claims.


8. Changes to Terms

  • Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
